Cheese cakes are different than the regular cakes. There are so many different recipes of cheese cake that is simply enough to confuse you. Cheese cake sure has a simple recipe but at the same time, it is difficult to bake a cheese cake.

Cookies are the most easiest to bake plus they can be store for a longer period without much effort. Above all cookies are best way to enjoy tea or coffee in any season. There are many types of cookies which one can bake, usually I love to bake chocolate chip cookies but at times little change of flavor is pleasant for your taste buds.

Thanks to the internet, world has become a global village. People from various places are communicating with each other with the help of one simple click. Before this technology was introduced, it was pretty much hard to connect with people outside your city in the shortest possible time. Since the day internet entered our lives it became much easier for us to spread our connection. Look at yourself, you are a total stranger to me but still you are not just reading this blog but we are also going to share this wonderful recipe of heavenly delicious chocolate cake with each other. Sorry for such a long break. Due to work load I was unable to find time for blogging. Sometimes your routine becomes gets so hectic that it seems impossible to find time for your own self. I am especially talking about those people who have kids to take care off.

When I was a kid the one thing I loved the most was eating bananas. I loved them so much that I preferred adding bananas in almost everything I ate. In my memory, it’s very clear that my all-time favorite snack used to be banana Sunday.

If baking is your addiction, you would most definitely find it really hard not to bake when you have time. But then there are days when you have tough schedule and it’s hard to take out time to try different recipes. If such is the case, then what shall be done?

I mentioned in one of my previous blog that baking for kids is the best thing specially baking a novelty cake on their birthday. But it’s not just that only kids love to have different shape cakes but adults too enjoy such things.

Those who love to bake will relate to today’s post. In baking there are many things which one needs for the preparation of a delicious recipe. Sometimes it happens when you are in the middle of a recip, you eventually realize that there might be some ingredients missing from your shelves.

There was a time when people were rather less busy. Life was smooth as anything and one could enjoy the beauty of life at its best. Not like these days when you are running around the clock with limited time for breakfasts, lunches or dinner.

Best part of baking is to try new recipes. Mostly when we bake a cake, for icing purpose one universal recipe is used which includes basic ingredients like eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, butter and flavor in it. This does not mean that there is not much to offer regarding cake recipes. There are many cake recipes which involve fresh fruits.

God has blessed Pakistan with so many wonderful things, be it historical sites of Pakistan,4 wonderful seasons or amazingly tasty fruits which grow here. Yes. My lovely country Pakistan is blessed in so many ways. I am from Pakistan and today’s recipe is about one of the yummiest fruits which we grow here.

Someone once said life is a journey with unlimited mile stones in one’s life. At the beginning of life, you are young, full of energy with high hopes and dreams. Life is more like an adventure to you. High time of this adventure starts when any one graduate’s .Leaving college and entering into practical life is something huge. Such events should be celebrated in a way that they remain unforgettable to you throughout your life.

In my earlier post, I mentioned that I used to bake apple pie for a very dear friend. Today I am about to share this recipe with you guys but before that I have to share one interesting incident regarding apple pie. In my region people have special love for food. These people have a crazy craving for spicy food. They have huge menus full of greasy spicy dishes.

Sorry for not being around for quite some time. As you all know world cup season is at full bloom which kept me a little busy as I was following the matches. But this does not mean that I did not bake during these days.

How can I be disloyal to baking?

Today I am sharing my experience of baking a birthday cake for one year old. Now a days definition of well backed cake is quite different than those which I used to eat in my childhood. As when you are a kid birthdays are the most memorable event of your life.


 At my side of the world winters do not stay for much longer period. They come and go in no time. That is why we make sure that we make the best use of it. Winters bring along different flavors such as fogy mornings, winter rains, dry fruits, hot cup of coffee and carrots.

In any culture cakes represent happiness. Wedding, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, engagements even New Year’s, cakes are everywhere to celebrate the blissful moments with us. At times I think what if there were no cakes to celebrate? Hard to imagine, isn’t it?

Today I am sharing my experience of baking a birthday cake for one year old. Now a days definition of well baked cake is quite different than those which I used to eat in my childhood. As when you are a kid birthdays are the most memorable event of your life. Whether it’s your birthday or someone else‘s, excitement while looking at a birthday cake is unforgettable. Although times have changed a lot but still whenever I go to a birthday party I get to see the same excitement among kids regarding cake. Vibrant colour icing attracts them so much that they want to get hold of the cake. My childhood memories are full of such moments. When you are young cake’s taste does not matter, all what matters is how beautiful and coolourful it looks.

My love for baking keeps on growing with each passing day. Few months back when someone asked me to write an article for newspaper i choose to write about baking. Although it never got published but still I tried to share my inner most feelings here .
