No bake cheese cake recipe




Cheese cakes are different than the regular cakes. There are so many different recipes of cheese cake that is simply enough to confuse you. Cheese cake sure has a simple recipe but at the same time, it is difficult to bake a cheese cake.
Not everyone is familiar with the taste but those who enjoy eating cheese cake simply love it. Basically there are two types of recipes when it comes to cheese cake. One which includes baking and other one is no bake cheese cake. Today I am about to share “no bake cheese cake “ recipe which is simple and gets ready in no time. The sole reason for which time is required is cooling it in refrigerator.Here is what you have to do. 





• Adjust foil paper into cake pan nicely.

• Take 1 box of digestive biscuits, grind it and add ½ cup of butter melted on room temperature and mix them together. 

• Add this mixture into the pan and level it with the help of a spoon. 

• Now in a separate bowl mix 1 tin of nestle cream, 1 tin of condense milk, 1 small bottle of cream cheese, 2 table spoons of lemon juice and 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract.





• Beat all these together. No need to bother if the mixture is too thin. Last but not the least add 2 table spoon of gelatin powder into ½ cup of boiled water. 

• Satire gelatin mixture into cream cheese mixture and pour it into the pan. 

• Now comes the easiest part for the preparation of no bake cheese cake.

• Place the pan into a refrigerator and leave it for 3 -4 hours. Gelatin will help the mixture to get thick during the cooling process. The more you cool it the better it is.

• In the end when it’s ready after few hours take it out of the pan, remove the foil carefully and decorate with strawberries or decoration of your choice. Your yummy cream cheese no bake cheese cake is all ready to be served.
